Similar to the Nurburgring trainer, this allows you to move your start position to anywhere on the track. However, the app does not seem to work on Windows 10 or above.

This is an ancient utility for resizing the original 2D wheels in vanilla Grand Prix Legends. If you are running anything but the default GPL car models this app is not necessary. Requires MSVBVM50.dll to work and possibly an older OS as well.
