This re-enables GEM+2's ability to download program covers from the GPLTD. Since gpltd.bcsims.com is offline, the BAPOM covers are now downloaded from The Fastlane instead.

Install GEM+2.5.32 first (the latest version), then overwrite the GEMP2.exe with this one.
